17.(b) Sake brewing factory

Japanese name: Campinas Agricultural Processing Company

Brazilian name: Industria Agricola Campineira Limitada

Our company was established in Brazil in 1934 with a capital of 200 contos for the purpose of brewing sake, and is commonly known as the “Tozan Sake Brewery”. At the time of its establishment, the brewing capacity was small, 18 kl per year, but in view of the remarkable increase in demand, the brewing capacity was increased to 360 kl through several expansions. Expected sales are 270 kl.

The brewing method is a combination of natural brewing and a special brewing method proprietary to Brazil, and the products are sold to the public under the trademarks “Asuma Kirin” and “Azuma Ootori.” This project was not originally intended solely for profit, but was launched with the aim of preventing Japanese residents from pinga drinking, which is extremely harmful to the health of Japanese residents. We place great importance on our sake, and we have dispatched excellent engineers who have trained in Japan, and all brewing equipment has also been ordered from Japan.Currently, the quality of our sake is as good as that of the best products made in Japan, and it is widely enjoyed by people from both Japan and abroad. . Our factory was built on the banks of the Atibaia River, which has a beautiful scenery within the Campinas Farm, and there is an endless source of natural spring water. “Azuma Kirin” and “Azuma Ootori”, which are brewed using this water and paddy rice from Pinda Farm, are aromatic and delicious.
